The most important quality of a leader

Hello everyone,
Today I am going to discuss the most important quality of a good leader.I think courage is the most important quality to become a leader.That because with courage a leader can talk confidently in front of audience.They can tell their opinion and influence everyone with their speech.Then, a leader need to be courage to explore something new and challenging for improve their life.It important to make sure them not to be leave back in the future.Moreover,a leader need to facing people behavior and emotion,so they need to be courage to facing any risk.Not all people like the same leader,so they should take people heart to win the situation.On the other hand,have another qualities that important to become a good leader.First of all,a leader should be fair especially in making a decision.But to be fair a leader must investigate and try to receive informations and opinions from other  people.In this situation,a leader should be courage in communication so that they can talk confidently and influence people to give right informations.Next, the second quality that important for a leader is trustworthiness.But to be trust by people a leader should do their work and responsibility excellently.A courage need to be has for a leader to help them from troubles and take care their needs.If not people will not trust you anymore and find someone else that more courage to defend them.Furthermore,honesty also can be a important quality to become a leader.But honesty not enough to make a leader success.They need to be courage to explore something new and challenging so that they can introduce themselves to everyone that they  are honest.In conclusion,honesty,trustworthiness and fair are important but all of this qualities are build up from courage.Without courage everyone cannot know that you are honest,trustworthiness and fair.
